HVAC Technician

We are looking for dependable HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in quality work and want to build a long-term career with a supportive team.
In this role, you will maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems while making a real difference for customers who depend on comfort and reliability every day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and being part of a company that recognizes strong performance and professionalism.
We know this work can be demanding, which is why safety remains a top priority every day. We are committed to creating an environment where technicians have the support, structure, and teamwork needed to do the job well and return home safely.
We also believe a great career should support a healthy life outside of work. Our typical schedule is Monday through Friday, usually from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While some longer days may be needed from time to time, we work to keep them to a minimum, and our on-call schedule is simple and rotates fairly.

What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screening
Ability to pass a background check
EPA certification required
Self-motivated professionals who can work independently and collaborate effectively with the team
Own hand tools and HVAC diagnostic tools
Preferred Qualifications
Two or more years of full-time HVAC repair experience
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
