About the Role:

Aire Serv of East Valley is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ! This is your chance to work with a trusted name in heating and cooling, serving customers who count on us to keep their homes and businesses comfortable year-round. Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC units and components
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations
Complete service documentation, work orders, and maintenance reports accurately
Represent the Aire Serv brand with professionalism on every job site

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, service, or repair experience
EPA 608 Certification required
Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and on rooftops
